2025 Pacific Airshow Ticket Policy
Pacific Airshow sell tickets to purchasers of tickets (Ticket Purchasers) offered via this website pursuant to the following additional ticketing terms (Terms):
1. Each Pacific Airshow ticket is not refundable, bears no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Pacific Airshow does not refund or replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or exchange or substitute tickets after purchase.
2. If ticket is issued as a complimentary ticket, the ticket shall not be exchanged or redeemed for another ticket to any other event or for any other consideration, monetary or otherwise.
3. Pacific Airshow sells tickets offered via this website (https://pacificairshowusa.com) and any tickets purchased from this website are purchased from Pacific Airshow as the event organiser. Any dispute you have relating to an event or ticket purchase is between the Ticket Purchaser and Pacific Airshow. In this instance, TicketSocket, Inc. (TicketSocket) is a company that Pacific Airshow has engaged to provide a software platform and related services to facilitate the sales of tickets. TicketSocket is not selling the tickets nor acting as agent for Pacific Airshow nor as the merchant for the sales of tickets. If you buy tickets from this website you are subject to TicketSocket's terms and conditions and the Terms following.
4. Pacific Airshow is not liable for any claims relating to an event or ticket purchase, except as otherwise set out in these Terms.
5. We may sell additional items and packages including:
a. Upsells being products or services that are offered for sale in addition to tickets at a separate, additional price, such as merchandise; and
b. Packages being packages that are offered for sale at an inclusive price, which include a ticket and one or more additional products or services, such as seating arrangements, accommodation, transport or merchandise.
6. We accept no responsibility or liability for the delivery or quality of products and/or services sold as an Upsell and non-ticket elements of a Package except and to the extent that they are produced and/or fulfilled directly by Pacific Airshow.
7. By purchasing any tickets via this website you agree to be bound by these Terms, the website Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy USA.
8. Every ticket sold through this website is also subject to:
a. the TicketSocket's additional term and conditions (please see TicketSocket's website);
b. any terms and conditions of the venue at which event is held (please see the venue’s website); and
c. any terms and conditions that may be printed on the ticket or signage at the event entrance.
9. Pacific Airshow reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute performers, vendors or exhibitors and vary programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
10. All prices quoted are in US Dollars and include local state taxes where applicable.
11. Online sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is sold or at a time otherwise specified by Pacific Airshow.
12. Pacific Airshow reserves the right not to sell tickets to any person, agent, or company.
13. Every person wishing to attend the Event needs their own Ticket and agrees to these Terms, irrespective of their age except as set out below.
a. Children aged between four (4) and seventeen (17) years on Event Day are eligible for a child’s Ticket (where available).
b. Toddlers or Babies who are 3 years of age or younger on Event Day, will not be required to have purchased their own Ticket but must enter with a complimentary ticket (where available) and be accompanied by an adult with a valid Ticket at all times.
c. Persons under the age of sixteen (16) years must always be accompanied by an adult whilst in the ticketed venue perimeter and its surrounding areas. Parents or legal guardians of any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years using a Ticket are responsible for the conduct of the minor at all times.
14. Accessibility Tickets permit the Accessibility Ticket Purchaser to be accompanied to the Event by a companion, who is entitled to a complimentary ticket (“companion ticket”). The holder of a companion ticket is required to enter the Event with the Accessibility Ticket Purchaser and accompany them at all times whilst inside the Event.
15. Tickets will be delivered to you electronically through our website and/or TicketSocket.
16. Ticket bar/QR codes will be scanned at entrance gates for all ticketed areas and the Ticket Purchaser is responsible for carrying the required bar/QR codes at all times during the relevant event and presenting the same upon request from Pacific Airshow agents.
17. Ticket purchasers may be permitted to independently change their ticket options (date/ticket type etc.) via their online Pacific Airshow ticket account. The following additional terms and conditions apply to online ticket modifications, in conjunction with the existing Ticket Policy:
a. Purchasers will be required to pay the price difference if:
i. The new ticket date price is greater than the original purchase price
ii. The new ticket type price is greater than the original purchase price
b. No refunds will be provided during the ticket change if:
i. The new ticket price is less than the original purchase price
ii. Purchasers change tickets from Saturday to Friday or Sunday
iii. Any upgrade of ticket type
18. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit and worthless, and Pacific Airshow shall not be responsible for any such unauthorized sources or tickets purchased from them. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the Event and package for which it is issued, as designated on the face of the ticket. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. PA reserves all rights under this ticket and law.
19. Tickets may not, without the prior consent of Pacific Airshow, be resold or offered for resale at (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser or any subsequent ticket holder.
20. SCALPING WARNING: The resale of Tickets in certain circumstances is governed by Ticketing Legislation and may attract criminal fines penalties.
21. Pacific Airshow reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised, without prior notice to the Ticket Purchaser.
22. If the date, time, or venue of an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time, and venue.
23. Pacific Airshow will post any relevant information regarding a cancelled or rescheduled event on our website when applicable. It is your responsibility to check our website for information concerning any event.
24. Ticket Purchasers acknowledge that venues are or may become subject to public health orders or advice providing that patrons are vaccinated, are medically exempt from vaccination or can provide evidence of their Covid-19 free status before entering the venue. It is a condition of the booking that patrons abide by any Covid-19 checking-in or verification procedures that the venue implements to address the public health orders or advice.
25. Please note that (unless required by applicable law):
a. personal arrangements and expenditure, including travel, accommodation, hospitality and other costs which have been arranged by you are at your own risk, and Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenditure in relation to such personal arrangements, even if caused as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of an event for which you have purchased tickets;
b. Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or amenity, including where an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or altered; and
c. Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you (and you will not be entitled to any refund) if admission to a venue or event is refused or revoked at any time as a result of your breach of these Terms or the venue terms and conditions; and
d. Pacific Airshow will not be responsible for any personal property taken into the event.
26. There is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions or otherwise.
27. Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including, without limitation, the American Consumer Law), the maximum liability that Pacific Airshow will have to a Ticket Purchaser under any circumstances is the face value of the ticket purchased. Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit Pacific Airshow's liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including, without limitation, the American Consumer Law).
28. These terms do not entitle any ticket holder to any refunds or any other form of compensation under any circumstances except where required under applicable laws. In the event that a ticket is cancelled pursuant to these terms of use, the only person or entity that may be entitled to a refund is the original ticket purchaser of the cancelled ticket, and only if and to the extent the ticket purchaser is entitled to a refund under the applicable Terms governing the purchase of the cancelled tickets. Proof of purchase will be required before entitlement to any refund will be assessed. No other ticket holder is entitled to a refund or any other compensation, under any circumstances, including (without limitation) in connection with the use, attempted use or cancellation of a ticket or the cancellation, rescheduling, relocation or replay of the event.
29. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability. Ticket Purchaser and/or Ticket Holder acknowledges the inherent risks involved in this Event and expressly and voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers arising from or incidental to the Event or Pacific Airshow, whether such risks occur prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event. The Ticket Purchaser or Ticket Holder, for itself, its representatives, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, and trustees, fully, forever, and expressly waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims, demands, and causes of action for any injuries and/or damages related to or arising out of the Event, including, but not limited to, claims for negligence, premises liability, personal injury, emotional injury, tort, and any other claims, actions or demands of whatsoever nature, to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether known or unknown, against PA, Pacific Airshow LLC, Code 4 Media Group, Inc., event facility, management, vendors, promoters, sponsors, participants, performers, artists, and the ticketing agency and/or ticketing services provider, and any of their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, members, assigns, legal predecessor and/or successor, and agents.
30. Ticket Purchasers may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (Ticket Limit). Pacific Airshow reserves the right to cancel any orders where we identify breaches of these limits, including where we know or reasonably suspect automated means have been used to purchase tickets. Use of automated means to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts may not be used to circumvent or exceed any Ticket Limit. If you exceed or attempt to exceed the Ticket Limits, Pacific Airshow reserves the right to cancel, without notice, any or all orders and tickets, in addition to prohibiting your future ticket purchasing abilities.
31. Pacific Airshow may at any time reduce the number of ticket holders that can attend the Event as a result of safety, security, technical, health or other reasons Pacific Airshow considers appropriate. In such event, Pacific Airshow may determine in its sole discretion which tickets will be cancelled and will notify the Ticket Purchaser of the cancelled Tickets by email.
32. By using this website and/or purchasing or holding tickets, the ticket purchaser or ticket holder agree to these terms and conditions, and the Consent to Electronic Communications. If the ticket purchaser or ticket holder do not agree to these terms and conditions, or the Consent to Electronic Communications do not use this website to purchase tickets or accept a ticket. As used in the Consent to Electronic Communications and anywhere else in this Agreement, “we,” “our,” and “us” mean PA, which includes Pacific Airshow LLC and Code 4 Media Group, Inc., and its affiliates, owners, partners, operators, promoters, members, legal predecessor/successors, assigns and agents.
33. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
